Amenities will begin again on Monday March 25th at 9am. Our Activities Directors will be assisting in retrieving these items. We will have very limited chairs (NO lounge chairs) and boogie boards. You will need to come to the front desk to ask for amenities. The Front Desk will call one of the Activity Directors to meet you outside by the Northside door (just past the hose). After you are finished with your items for the day you will leave the items in the designated area (you will be shown when you pick up your items) and then go back to the Front Desk and let them know. You will be responsible for rinsing off all the sand from the items before you turn them in. Our Activity Director will then be notified to mark your items returned. If you are returning your items after the Activity Directors are gone the Front Desk will mark your items and bring them in from the designated area. You may NOT bring these items back to your room since we are very limited. Also, you will be charged a fee for any items not returned so it is your responsibility to make sure everything is given back.
This is new from how it was done last year and it is new to our staff as well. We ask that you have patience and understanding while we navigate this. We may change procedures as we see what is working and what is not.
The resort will be holding an auction on April 11 at 11:00am (EST).

We have a new Guest Permission form. Please be sure to use this form going forward as the old forms will not be accepted. If you are on our mailing list, you will have received a copy of the form. You can also get a copy of it from out Documents area on the Owners’ page.
Owners wanting to book Bike Week for 2025 can call, email, or come in-person this Friday morning (March 1st 2024) 9am or after (not before as it will not be counted) and leave your name, phone #, owner# (if you have it), how many rooms you need and the size. You can pre-pay at that time, but it makes the process faster if you are pre-paid before Friday. Do NOT leave multiple calls and/or emails as only the 1st one will be put on the list. Our staff is happy to take your call, but please have patience with us as we are only 3 or 4 people compared to the number of owners calling in.
If you have not paid your special assessment and/or 2024 maintenance fees by March 1, your unit will go to collections and there will be a 40% add-on fee. Please call the resort, pay through the owners’ portal, or mail a check by March 1. If you are mailing a check, your letter must be postmarked by March 1.
TSR Auction: The resort is announcing the following auction dates. These can also be found on the Owners’ calendar. All auctions begin at 11:00 am, EST. For those who wish to attend virtually, login credintials will be provided at a later date.

Dear owners,
We are getting lots of unnecessary phone calls pertaining to when the pool will be finished. Although we keep on our contractors constantly, a lot of the delays are out of our control. Everyone in our area has had catastrophic damage and engineers, contractors, electricians, plumbers, permitting, etc. are overwhelmed. All of us need their services all at once. We will be coming into our rainy season shortly and will have weather issues also. So, the answer to the question as to when the pool be finished, the answer is, we don’t know. We suggest that you do not wait to book your unit banking on the pool to be done as the weeks are filling up fast. If you haven’t paid your special assessment or your maintenance fees yet, on February 1, 2024, you will be locked out, charged a late fee and interest. On March 1, 2024, you will be sent to our collection agency with a 40% fee added. Your BOD and staff are doing everything we can to get back to where we need to be. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
