The Board of Directors had their regular bi-monthly meeting yesterday, May 17. Updates regarding the pool and gate are included in the minutes as are a number of other matters. You will find the draft minutes on the Owners’ page. Please note that these minutes are a draft and subject to change/corrections prior to their adoption at the July bi-monthly meeting.

New Guest Permission Form
The resort has a new guest permission form which takes effect on 1-17-25. It is important that owners understand that they are responsible for any damage caused by guests. The new form details owners’ responsibilities.
