Owners,
With this being the busiest time of the year, on July 3, the Board announced that day use would be suspended.  This temporary suspension was needed for the Board to gather information and data to make a determination about how to proceed with day use.  At the last Board meeting, many owners present and attending virtually provided feedback about their experiences and concerns.  As such, the Board has decided to wait until the September meeting before making any decision about day use.  During this time, we will continue to collect data on the number of owners making use of the day use option.  The following is what the Board has decided at this time:
  1. Day use is permitted again.
  2. Day use will not be available during specific holidays, special events, and fixed weeks.  These dates will be posted on the Owners’ calendar.
  3. Anyone using the day use option MUST check in at the front desk and must wear a day use wrist band while on the property.
  4. Depending on the number of owners staying on the property, a parking pass may not be available for those making use of the day use option.
  5. A failure to follow any of these policies may result in the removal of the owner and his/her guests.
