The owners’ portal was down for a couple of day. After contacting the host company, we discovered that an update had been run that conflicted with the portal configuration. It is working again.
The owners’ portal was down for a couple of day. After contacting the host company, we discovered that an update had been run that conflicted with the portal configuration. It is working again.
The TSR BoD will be discussing the daily use of common areas at the July 12, 2025 bi-monthly Board meeting. When the BOD makes a decision on this subject it will be posted on our Facebook page, website, and the bulletin board in the building.
The pool opened today! Thank you owners for your patience as we fought contractors and agencies to finally make this happen.
Now that we are in the busiest season for reservations, some owners have expressed frustration when they are unable to get the particular week they want a year out. The new policy for making reservations is a fair a system as we can create, and while some may not get the week they wanted, or indeed have been getting in years past, this video should help demonstrate why that can happen and why this system is as fair as possible.
Please also remember that it is the Board of Directors who voted on this policy and not our staff, so if there are any questions or concerns, please address those with the Board. Our website has an online form to submit comments/questions/etc. to the Board.
