Reminder: Yearly maintenance fees were due January 1, 2025; in order to avoid any late fees please make sure your yearly maintenance fee is paid before next month. No post dated or post marked checks will be accepted please plan accordingly.
You may call the resort or go to the owner’s portal to make your payment but note that there is a 3% fee for doing so.
This notice is to clarify the “Owner Rental Rate Policy” that has been in effect for many years but has gotten clouded over the past few years.
If you have not paid your special assessment and/or 2024 maintenance fees by March 1, your unit will go to collections and there will be a 40% add-on fee. Please call the resort, pay through the owners’ portal, or mail a check by March 1. If you are mailing a check, your letter must be postmarked by March 1.
